Welcome to the beautiful County of Marshall located on Interstate 65 approximately 48 miles south of Nashville, 52 miles north of Huntsville.

Marshall County is 397 square miles/236,800 acres and has a population of 26,767, as of the year 2000.

Marshall County, Tennessee was established in 1836 and has seen many changes over the past 176 years.
Our goal is to provide the best possible maintenance in the most cost effective manner possible. We also strive to have most gravel roads chip.

You are invited to come by and visit anytime during our normal business hours. We work Four 10- hour days and are closed on most holidays. However, the MCHD can be reached anytime by contacting the Marshall County dispatch at 359-6122
